Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management tool, which will grant you complete authority over your e-mail accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can set up a new email mailbox in an instant and manage its settings with ease. In addition, you can forward electronic mails from one e-mail box account to another, activate e-mail filters, create autoresponder messages and protect your email mailbox accounts against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of specific rules defined by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly set up a mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and specify the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mails from one e-mail box account to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Simply specify the email mailbox you want to redirect mails from, then specify the destination e-mail box and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your liking to access your email boxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you would like to set up on your PC or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple mail accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will do everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
